Leadership coaching is a structured, confidential partnership between you and a certified coach focused on your professional growth. Sessions are typically 60 minutes, held online or in person. Together we explore your challenges, identify patterns holding you back, set clear goals, and build the skills to achieve them. Unlike consulting, coaching doesn't give you the answers — it helps you find them, which creates lasting behavioural change.
Mentoring is advice-based — a more experienced person shares what worked for them. Therapy focuses on healing past experiences and mental health. Coaching is forward-focused: it's about where you want to go, the obstacles in your way, and how to move through them. My background in HR and business means I bring real corporate context, but the coaching relationship is built on your agenda, not mine.
ICF stands for the International Coaching Federation — the world's largest and most respected professional coaching body. ACC (Associate Certified Coach) is an ICF credential that requires a minimum of 100 hours of coaching experience, specialised training, and passing a rigorous knowledge assessment. It's your assurance that you're working with a coach who meets international standards, not someone who completed a weekend course.
Both. All 1-to-1 coaching sessions are available online via video call, which makes it easy to work together regardless of where you are in Europe or beyond. In-person sessions are available in Bucharest, Romania. Group workshops can be delivered on-site at your organisation's location across Europe.

Deeper behavioural change — the kind that sticks under pressure — typically develops over 3 to 6 months of consistent work. The right engagement length depends on your goals: some people want focused support for a specific challenge, others want a longer-term thinking partner.
